SMART Goals
Click to toggle complete
Goal 1 · Awareness
Map the D&I Product Suite & Use Cases
By end of Week 4, I can explain the distinct purpose of Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Mix Modeler — and describe a real customer use case for each — without referencing notes.
Goal 2 · Skill
Present an Analytics Solution Concept via PowerPoint
By Week 8, I will use Adobe-provided materials and templates to build a PowerPoint deck proposing an analytics solution for a hypothetical customer — covering recommended product(s), key metrics, and the business case — and present it to Marty for written feedback.
Goal 3 · Network
Connect with 3 D&I Team Members or Customers
By Week 6, I will complete informational 1:1s with 3 people in the Data & Insights ecosystem (D&I colleagues, Solutions Engineers, or customers), documenting what each role contributes to analytics outcomes.
Goal 4 · Analysis
Present a Customer Measurement Framework in PowerPoint
By Week 10, I will use Adobe slide templates to create a 5-slide deck presenting a measurement framework for a hypothetical customer scenario — defining recommended KPIs, product fit, and success criteria — and walk Marty through it for review.
Goal 5 · Reflection
Produce a Career Transition Action Plan
By Week 12, I will draft a written 90-day action plan detailing the specific skills to develop, certifications to pursue, and internal steps needed to realistically transition from Renewals into a Data & Insights role.
